For Parts Management & Product Environmental Compliance Sensors, we are looking for a component management team at the Ulm site Component manager for electromechanical/mechanical components The 'Legal Operations' section is responsible for the comprehensive legal support of the division's operating projects, except for questions of labour and tax law.

Processing of material number and clarification applications in the field of electromechanics and mechanics incl. Maintenance of material master data in SAP Preparation and implementation of the Local Parts Committee and implementation of decisions Visibility of old documents and standards and comparison with currently valid documents and standards Processing of Announcements / Alerts and Search / Investigation of Alternatives in coordination with Demand Carriers, Quality Assurance and Purchasing Compliance with aspects such as standardization, export restrictions (e.g. ITAR) and pollution problems (e.g. RoHS, REACH) Creation and implementation of SAP training Reportings using MS Excel and Access based on SAP data Leading/responsible role in the implementation of process and tool optimizations as part of the internal continuous improvement process (KVP) Active cooperation in company-wide optimization projects Participation in external standards bodies/committees Technical guidance, support & training of component managers Close and cross-site cooperation with the component managers of the different material classes, with HSE, engineering, purchasing and technology departments

Complete studies in the field of news or electrical engineering or comparable training Multiannual professional experience as a component manager or in a comparable position Detailed expertise regarding electromechanical and mechanical components and the corresponding standards Expert knowledge about electronics (active & passive) of advantage Knowledge of REACH / RoHS and SVHC materials / materials Used in handling MS Office (Access, Excel) and SAP (PLM/ERP) Very good communication and team skills High target orientation, efficient and meticulous work Embossed Hands-on-Mentality German and good knowledge of English
