In your new job, you are responsible for the optimal management and utilization of our facilities at our factory in Remseck. In doing so, your professional and personal responsibility is always at your discretion They take over the production planning and control of earth and substrate production, as well as the purchase of raw materials, auxiliary materials and operating materials They are responsible for compliance with the company– or Operator obligations for operation under relevant laws and regulations Coordination of repair, testing and documentation of technical and safety-relevant facilities

They have professional experience in the green sector, e.g. as a technician in garden and landscape construction, acquiring garden construction or in a nursery or environmental technology Insufficient experience - ideally in the field of production in the environment of gardening and landscape building, building materials, construction industry, agricultural products, loose bulk materials or in the circular economy are of advantage Safe handling of modern computer software programs Experience in employee management is advantageous They are a communicative team player with strengths in independent work and high willingness to use Professional beginners are also welcome
