You are for the technical and disciplinary management of a medium-sized team in control cabinet construction. You will never lose sight of the starting and organizational goals (personal, holiday planning, overtime or weekend work, further development of your team or security training). Furthermore, ensure the operational day-to-day business and take care of the project-related planning, organization and monitoring of external assembly. Together with your team and the station and line managers, you will ensure the time- and quality-oriented completion of the assembly as well as the associated commissioning of the machines & plants. You create work and process instructions, reports, documentation, guide your employees professionally and support your supervisor in the strategic development of the area.

You have completed your training as an electronic or mechatronic, as well as your technician, master or similar qualification. The combination of your multi-year professional experience, ideally in special machine construction or in automation technology, with first leadership experience enthuses us. As a goal-oriented, cooperative leadership, you shine with your motivation and delegation capability, even in English. As a team player, you always communicate with your employees as well as your superior. Your profile, your well-founded MS Office knowledge and your hands-on mentality is rounded off
