The specialist in order management is responsible for the efficient and timely processing of customer orders and order collection, coordination with internal departments and delivery. He acts as an important interface between sales, purchasing, logistics and the financial department. Compliance with delivery dates as well as ensuring high customer satisfaction also fall within the scope of the task. Collection, testing and maintenance of customer orders in the ERP system Monitoring of delivery dates, quantities, prices and availability Close coordination with sales, purchasing, logistics and the financial department Communication with customers to order status, delivery times and possible changes Proactive monitoring of supply chains for early detection of bottlenecks and escalation requirements Processing of order changes, residues, cancellations and special requests Sparring partners for the logistics and purchasing of goods and exits Documentation within the processing processes (if required) Support in optimizing internal order processing processes Support in complaint management and preparation of causes of errors for process improvement Support for debt management Maintenance of distribution-relevant systems and creation of reports

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in Business Administration, Economic Engineering, Logistics or Comparative Study Program Interest in order processing, supply chain and commercial processes Careful, structured and reliable operation High number affinity and good organizational understanding Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Teamability and communication strength in handling internal interfaces First experiences with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) of advantage
