Your duties

• Close cooperation with an experienced team to develop individual customer solutions and to convince new customers of our services.
• Targeted acquisition of new candidates via various platforms, including social media and international job markets, as well as participation in job fairs for long-term talent retention.
• Precise placement between applicant profiles and open job offers based on customer requirements and applicant competencies.

Your profile

• Experiences in the time work industry are advantageous, but not necessarily necessary
• Basic knowledge of AÜG is advantageous
• Ideally first experience with applicant management tools
• Driving licence class B (car/small buses) desirable
