Exciting projects await you in three six-month stations at different locations throughout Germany (e.g. Hamburg, Gießen, Duisburg or Holzwickede). This is how you take responsibility in record time. Your professional and personal development is not too short: regular feedback talks, mentoring and network meetings are firmly anchored in our program. How it goes on for you? We'll find out! You will experience three exciting stations of conquered logistics - here you can not only pack hands-on, but also bring your own ideas. In our offices you immerse yourself in the world of storage processes, get to know everything from scratch and identify potential improvements with our project management team on site. But that's not all! We rely on Green Logistics and Future Warehouse - together we are heading towards sustainable logistics. When it comes to our customers, you are in the middle of it: You and your team solve issues and problems quickly and effectively. In your commitment to our headquarters in Holzwickede, everything revolves around innovative and smart logistics concepts for our new customers and what is needed in a successful implementation. And don't forget your personal development: Regular feedback and development talks, mentoring and network meetings give your career the necessary boost.

You already have your master's degree in the field of logistics, supply chain management, BWL or economics in your pocket and was able to sniff the first practical air during your studies. Alternatively, you will bring an education (even with logistics reference) as well as a completed bachelor's degree. A dynamic environment is exactly where you feel comfortable, because you are ready to shape changes and actively drive your ideas forward. Your positive radiance and enthusiasm ensure that you work with different interfaces without any problems. You can also master challenges through your quick understanding, joy of innovation and solution-oriented thinking. Very good knowledge of German to actively participate in the exchange in the team and to communicate in German. Nice to have: International experience completes your profile.
