SAP Application Engineer (m/f/d) - On Site | GEMA Digital

You actively shape the introduction and continuous development of our SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition as part of our transformation project. You advise our Product Owners and departments in the design and implementation of professional requirements and are responsible for their imaging within the SAP S/4HANA cloud solution. You are responsible for the Business Process Configuration within the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition and ensure that professional requirements are implemented in a standard, sustainable and future-oriented manner. You analyze existing business processes, identify optimization potentials and develop innovative solutions together with the specialist areas. You ensure the integration of the SAP solution into our multi-tool landscape and work closely with the teams for integration, development and adjacent platforms. You accompany tests, releases and deployments and ensure a stable, secure and sustainable operation of our applications. You analyze errors, coordinate their correction and support the continuous optimization and stabilization of our SAP landscape. You document best practices solutions and actively contribute to the further development of our product teams, processes and working methods.

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification and already have several years of professional experience in the SAP or ERP environment. You'll bring sound knowledge in the financial environment and have ideally gained practical experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP S/4HANA Cloud. Experiences in one or more of the above-mentioned SAP modules are desirable. Knowledge of SAP Central Invoice Management (CIM), PaPM, Treasury or Concur as well as experiences with ABAP or the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) are a plus. You understand business processes end-to-end, like to advise Product Owner and departments and develop sustainable and standard solutions together. You like to work in an agile product environment and ideally bring practical experience with Scrum, Kanban and tools like Jira for planning and controlling requirements. You see Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an opportunity and are interested in using modern AI-based tools to make processes more efficient and develop innovative solutions. You take responsibility for your topics, work structured and self-responsive and convince by your communication and team skills. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
