Are you an experienced building manager of technical building equipment or would you like to make the next career step? As a construction manager TGA plant construction, guide and monitor our construction sites in structures of technical building equipment (heating, climate, cold, ventilation, sanitary facilities)

ACT NOW! - these are your tasks:

First contact at our construction sites on site for all stakeholders Professional leadership of employees at the construction site, as well as coordination of contractors Certain safety of work and compliance with ENGIE guidelines Leading construction meetings and documentation of progress Ensuring quality management and compliance with schedules Interface to project management and technical/commercial project execution

Completed training for analysing mechanic, central heating and ventilation engineer or comparable training related to TGA A further training on the technician or master as well as professional experience in a similar position are desirable Good knowledge of how to use current MS Office applications, as well as basic IT affinity German language skills (min. B2), good English skills are desirable First experiences in project management combined with organizational talent Commitment to relevant stakeholders, as well as a structured working method
