• Technical management and organisation of projects in the field of sanitation, heating and climate
• Head of Division SHK
• Calculation and provision
• Coordination and support of the assembly team
• Ensuring quality and dates
• Founded and up-to-date knowledge of the ZVSHK and DVGW regulations, DIN standards, recognized rules of technology and accident prevention regulations (DGUV)
• Planning, monitoring and quality assurance
• Contact for customers, project management and other trades
• Negotiations with suppliers

Your profile

• Complete and successful training as a master in the installer and heating builder crafts or comparable qualification
• Team-ready, independent, structured working
• Multiannual, relevant professional experience in the practical implementation and execution of SHK projects in the craft sector
• Routinized handling of construction site processing, material disposition, scale and technical documentation
• Detectional practice in employee management, guidance of skilled workers and training of apprentices
• High sense of responsibility, enforcement and organizational talent
• Sovereigns, customer-oriented and binding occurrence in handling clients, authorities and their own team
• German in word and writing
• driving licence class B or BE
