We are looking for qualified Senior Consultant (m/w/d) for 20 to 30 hours per week from 01.05.2026

Your tasks • You support different kita teams for a few weeks or months as required, you are available in time during the facilities' opening hours. • For your educational offers, you use the experience of our kitas with the children - for example a water play area with a large pool, a studio, a movement room or the natural outdoor area. • You take care of the children and participate in the design of a joyful and inspiring Kita everyday. • You work according to the concept of open pedagogy of mindfulness. • You are part of a bilingual team in which German and English are spoken and brings your ideas • You participate in the documentation of everyday life and the development of children.

You • is a personality with heart and mind. • have a recognised educational or health education and at least one year of professional experience. • want to introduce your expertise and skills and develop you professionally. • meet all people with respect and appreciation. • are open to the needs of each individual child and willing to align your pedagogical action carefully. • are professional, criminal and reflect your own actions in the team. • understand your English-speaking colleagues. • attaches value to sustainable and responsible action
