For the Academy at the Education Campus (Leiting Team: Mrs Bauer and Mrs Fischer), we are looking for a lead of the training “Intensive Care and Anesthesia” in parttime with 29.25 hours a week.

Educational, technical and organizational management of continuing education Intensive care and anaesthesia Implementation of the curriculum according to current legal requirements Coordination and guarantee of an uneven course of training Ensuring compliance with legal and technical standards and continuous adaptation to new requirements Accompanying and advising training participants at all stages of qualification Close exchange and cooperation with intensive care and anaesthesia, direct supervisors and external co-operation partners Ensuring excellent teaching quality in the field of pedagogical requirements and economic efficiency and continuous evaluation of the courses carried out Design and moderation of apprenticeships, workshops and practical training Promoting a modern and educational culture and implementing innovative teaching and learning formats

A completed training intensive care and anaesthesia as well as an additional pedagogical qualification with a master's degree (e.g. technical education, studies in the field of nursing education or similar) or the willingness to acquire such a qualification Multiannual professional experience in intensive care and anaesthesia and ideally in the field of adult education or training Experience in the organization of complex educational processes An appraisal of continuing training participants, cooperation partners and within the team Organisational skills, innovativeness and design joy Safe handling of digital learning forms and media
