You have a commercial training, preferably with further training in the staff sector or a corresponding completed university study You have professional experience in human resources, preferably in healthcare You have ready-to-use knowledge of collective bargaining and labour law as well as related legal areas You have good knowledge of labour, collective bargaining and social security law You work structured, carefully and independently You are discreet and are aware of your responsible activity
