Legal Counsel for Planning Approval & Right of Way (m/w/d)*

In order to strengthen our team of Schleswig-Holstein Netz GmbH, we are looking for a Legal Counsel for Planfeststellungs- & Wejust (m/w/d)* at the next possible time for our Quickborn site.

You are responsible for advising the internal project managers and external planning offices with regard to the legal rights of use. You conduct negotiations with property owners and tenants on usage rights. You accompany planning and approval procedures as well as legal proceedings before authorities and courts. You unleash, examine and negotiate contracts and advise on the implementation of the contract. You develop legal standards and develop sample documents. You work in group-internal working groups. You coordinate external legal advisers in the context of judicial procedures.

You have successfully completed your legal studies and have first professional experience in an economic law firm or corporate law department. You have practical experience in energy-related issues as well as in planning and justice. You have the ability to easily and convincingly present complex legal matters. You work independently and you are important to your own responsibility. You are drawing with an open and convincing personality.

Transparent remuneration: You will receive an attractive tariff compensation, Christmas money, an annual special payment, asset-effective services (480 €/year) and an occupational pension scheme.
