Product Manager, Building Engineering & Prefabrication - Europe (d/f/m)

What you'll do

• Lead business expansion for Henkel Adhesive Technologies in the facade construction, window installation and prefabrication
• Take responsibility for portfolio steering and development to expand business
• Lead Marketing activities that support the business growth and creates new business opportunities
• Identify and scale adhesive applications and technologies across multiple countries and customer profiles (KAM and Distributors)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with application engineering and sales to align solutions with market needs
• Monitor trends, competitor, and innovation in the construction materials space

What makes you a good fit

• University degree in Engineering, Materials Science or related scientific field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, Project experience or Technical Sales, ideally in adhesives and/or construction materials
• Strong technical knowledge in adhesive technologies and applications relevant to facade construction and window installation
• Proven strategic thinking and business acumen with a track in record business growth and transformation with customer-oriented mindset
• Fluent German and English skills
