We are looking to strengthen our Legacy & Donations division for the Marketing department in Munich for the next possible appointment

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) permanent as parental leave, full-time (38,5 hours/Where.)

independent handling of simple, clearly structured estates Processing of complex estates in the team Preparation, compilation and preparation of documents for legal examinations Correspondence with notaries, lawyers, courts, authorities and relatives and other parties Support in the management and utilization of real estate, including correspondence with land register offices, house administrations and order allocation and supervision of service providers and craftsmen Insecurities and first visits, as well as security of valuables and documents, as well as their exploitation Organisation around the funeral and possibly Admission of subsequent permanent grass care at hand places Database management and general administrative tasks

completed professional training, legal training or comparable training ideally practical experience in the processing of estates reliable knowledge of German and a good expression in word and writing Experience in the independent office organization excellent computer skills (especially MS Office and database knowledge) a sensitive communication with members, volunteers and donors Teamability, communication strength and an independent and structured way of working
