You are project coordinator, construction engineer or civil engineer and want to control construction projects with high self-responsibility? At SPIE, you will coordinate challenging rebuilding, expansion and rehabilitation measures in stock, in industrial buildings and accompany projects from planning to successful handover. It offers varied tasks, long-term projects and a lot of design space in a modern technical environment. Responsible planning, calculation and coordination of reconstruction, development and renovation projects Management and monitoring of projects in terms of dates, costs, quality and safety Coordination of services, subcontractors and external service providers throughout the entire project execution Creation of cost estimates, offers, project documentation and technical optimization concepts Central contact for customers, project participants and specialist companies as well as accompaniment of acceptances and audits

Continuing training as a state-tested construction engineer, alternatively completed studies in the field of civil engineering, construction management or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the planning, coordination or implementation of reconstruction, development or rehabilitation projects Funded technical knowledge and practical experience in project management Ideally knowledge of AutoCAD, AVA applications and the common MS Office programs German knowledge at level C2, driving licence class B and readiness to travel in the field of application Regensburg, Amberg and Nuremberg
