Acceptance Representative Production (m/f/d)

You coordinate, conduct and document complex quality and acceptance tests according to standards (ISO9001, AQAP2110, AQAP2310) and specific customer requirements You guide and moderate decision-making bodies in the presentation of complete systems for final customer acceptance In addition, prepare all necessary information, test results and technical evidence for customer acceptance and perform Q reviews You evaluate technical deviations, coordinate their processing and analyze errors to decide whether reuse, rework or blocking is necessary You are responsible for the approval of modules and products based on defined quality criteria You agree with the development, production planning and production on technical and quality topics In addition, you are involved in the detection of serious quality defects and work closely with the area line. You carry co-responsibility in the presentation and acceptance of the entire systems together with the customer In addition, perform Q-Gates and Q-Reviews and continuously optimize quality control in the manufacturing processes

Complete technical studies with first professional experience or completed technician training with long-term professional experience as well as further training in the QM-relevant field Deep knowledge of quality and testing processes High decision-making and enforcement capabilities within the framework of releases and committee work Impressed team capacity and willingness to cooperate closely with various departments Communication strength, both in internal coordination and in cooperation with external partners and customers Responsibility and the ability to make decisions independently and reliably Knowledge of relevant standards and quality management methods Practical experience in the application of quality management systems and the implementation of test and approval procedures Very good English skills in word and writing
