• Disposition and execution as well as appointment tracking of FCL broadcasts in coordination with colleagues from e.g. the customer service

• Creation of customs and shipping documents

• Implementation of order-related profitability tests

• Transparent documentation of instructions regarding customer-specific documentation and billing

• Maintenance of national and international networks and correspondence with shipping companies, our customers and foreign organisations

• Checking KPIs and creating reports

• Complete training to/from the merchant/buyer for forwarding and logistics services or comparable qualification

• First professional experience, ideal for sea freight export

• Safe handling of MS Office programs

• Self-employed, team-oriented and service-oriented work style

• Flowing German and good English knowledge in word and writing
