What we plan together: The Analytics division is the central analysis and data science center of REWE and PENNY supermarkets in Germany. Agile working methods with cross-functional teams provide you with the perfect working environment to try out the development of analytical products and use cases in reality. As a working student at REWE Group, you are decisively rewarding the shopping experience of millions of REWE and PENNY customers and repeatedly respond to tricky analysis questions. You’ll be able to show your analytical skills by analyzing existing data and developing complex analytical models. You take responsibility: independent preparation of results for (top) management. Your support is in demand: Each task is part of the whole. You are in the middle of it: work on current topics, such as the optimal area distribution of our assortment in the markets or the impact of inflation on the purchasing behaviour of our customers.

An independent way of working and a quick conception are yours. You are still enrolled at a university or college. You have solid knowledge in Python, SQL and can also handle conventional data analysis tools well. Ideally, you could gain first experience in visualizing data and designing dashboards/frontends. You have extensive knowledge of German (B2-C1 level).
