Strategy: further development of our talent Acquisition measures for the German OBI markets Responsibility: Operational control of the display circuit, selection of recruiting channels and implementation of pre-screening and initial interviews Reporting: Conception of regular evaluations and implementation of relevant KPI key figures for controlling the recruiting sequence Advice: Technical and system-side support of managers in all aspects of recruiting and the use of the applicant management system Optimization: You will ensure a first-class Candidate Journey and pay particular attention to inclusion and diversity

Experience: Founded practice in operational and strategic recruiting, ideally in the retail environment Analytics: Safe handling of HR metrics and the ability to translate data into action-oriented reporting Process knowledge: You have experience in optimizing HR processes as well as dealing with applicant management systems, ideally d.vinci Communication: Sovereign appearance as contact person:in for stakeholders such as HRBPs or People Analytics Working method: You work structured and have a strong awareness of opportunities in the selection process Language knowledge: specialist knowledge of German in C2 level and basic English
