Project Manager Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

For a growing planning office in Leipzig, we are looking for a project manager for electrical engineering (m/w/d). The office supervises projects in the fields of urban planning, housing, social and industrial construction and takes over all necessary specialist planning – often in the role of general planner. BIM is an integral part of daily work. In addition, innovative solutions and software applications are developed for modern construction products, including façade, fastening, solar and wood engineering.

Responsibility for demanding ELT projects across all phases of performance in various industries and building types Organisation, management and controlling of the projects in close coordination with the management Professional leadership and involvement in an interdisciplinary team of experienced and young engineers Participation in planning and coordination talks with builders, architects and other project participants Creation, tracking and control of follow-up offers and follow-up management Planning and implementation of plant groups 4 to 6 Quality assessment of planning results prior to transfer to project partners Ensuring planning quality in cooperation with internal quality assurance Development of technical solutions and their planning implementation in close coordination with all project participants Participation in innovative concepts for renewable energies and sustainable building technology

Complete study of electrical engineering or equivalent qualification Multiannual experience in the planning and management of ELT projects Knowledge of HOAI and relevant standards and regulations Embossed team and communication skills as well as structured, solution-oriented working High readiness for innovation and interest in sustainable building technology
