DISCLOSURE Team Management: You take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of a growing SAP cloud ERP team, actively promote the further development of your employees and ensure a clear focus on our cloud ERP strategy through coaching, feedback and development talks. Responsibility for utilisation: You will continue to develop your employees, control utilisation and skills building, and talk about coaching, feedback and development for consistent alignment with our Cloud ERP strategy. Everything in mind: You have a look at the economic success of our SAP cloud ERP initiatives as part of our business model – from offering creation to successful customer implementation. Close to the customer: In direct exchange with our customers, you build relationships, engage them fully on the basis of our SAP portfolio and focus on SAP Cloud ERP. Project work & Deep Dive: In SAP cloud ERP projects, you can play a leading role: you analyze business processes, advise our customers on standard cloud solutions and take responsibility as Project Manager, Solution Architect or LoB expert from offering creation to go-live – and continually strengthen our customer relationships and our cloud ERP portfolio.

DEIN PROFIL SAP expert: You are an experienced SAP expert or an experienced SAP expert, ideally with detectable experience in SAP Cloud ERP, know the SAP Business Suite and have already successfully managed numerous implementation or transformation projects. Module knowledge: With extensive expertise in various LoBs – for example in finance, controlling, logistics, professional services, project management or architecture – you know the specific requirements and standard processes in a cloud ERP environment. Leadership: You have experience in building and managing teams, and your skills as a competent leadership are appreciated by employees – both in distributed cloud project organisations and on-site customers.
