Overarching support and support for projects in the field of project management, documentation and economic project management Proactive identification, creation/calculation and follow-up of yields, benefits and claim potentials Support of project/construction managers in the creation, argumentative derivation, negotiation and enforcement of grants Technical-commercial analysis of contractual bases and assessment of opportunities and risks Creation of a resilient project documentation for the defence of unauthorized claims and for the assertion of own claims Support in the assessment and the creation and enforcement of deduction, additional costs and final accounts Monitoring and controlling of project key figures, yield volumes, receivables and open performance Creation of regular reports for department and management Standardization and Optimization of Processes, Templates and Tools Close cooperation with project managers, controlling, purchasing, costing and management

Completed study / Master / Technicians, for example in civil engineering, construction, industrial engineering, building or electrical engineering, or in commercial law, or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the follow-up, contract or claim management of construction projects, for example in a construction company, a TGA company or an engineering or claim management company. Office for Construction and Construction Founded, practice-proven knowledge in building contract law, in particular in the application of VOB/B and BGB Experience in deriving claims to the ground and height, convincingly justifying them in writing and representing them to clients Detectable experience in the independent management of demanding follow-up negotiations Secure understanding of building processes, costing and project documentation as well as a structured, analytical method Negotiations, enforcement and the ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner
