Account manager in the IT special-purpose association (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for our public administration association members around IT services and specialist applications You take care of the inclusion, analysis and prioritization of new requirements and the creation of technical specifications in cooperation with the specialist departments of the association members. You are responsible for the early recognition of escalations and for the control of escalation management and the coordination of all parties involved You advise the association members to develop their digital solutions in close consultation with our service managers You take over the monitoring of service quality, SLA development and the continuous optimization of customer relationships You are responsible for the planning and implementation of workshops and review appointments In order to ensure a close, direct and personal communication, a regular presence is provided in the administration of the association member you supervise.

You have professional experience in an interface role between departments and IT (e.g. project management, service management, consulting, account management) You bring a basic understanding of modern IT landscapes and digital administrative processes You have experience in the acceptance and structuring of requirements and joy in understanding and understanding complex facts You have the ability to prepare technical topics in a comprehensible manner You are strong in communication, analytic and binding, with excellent knowledge of German (at least on C1 level) You have a high service orientation and a feel for pragmatic solutions You are sovereign in dealing with conflicts and escalations You have a self-organized and reliable operation You are team-oriented and open to new developments in IT and administration
