Implementation of correspondence and general secretariat tasks Processing of email traffic and receiving phone calls Coordination of appointments Care of meeting rooms, organisation of events and internal and external guest reception Administrative support of the building management Scanning, confiscation and storage of shipping documents Administration of the container dwelling (occupation coordination and data maintenance) Hotel bookings for our employees Maintenance of storage (Sanitary material, office material, beverages, pastries etc.) Processing of mail (acceptance and shipping)

Completed vocational training, preferably in commercial or service-oriented areas or a comparable qualification At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position Embossed service and service orientation and joy in dealing with internal and external appeals Safe handling of current MS Office applications Team-oriented, reliable and structured functioning as well as binding and professional appearance Organisational skills and interest in commercial activities and in supporting tasks in facility management (e.g. coordination, spatial organisation, material management; no cleaning work) Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
