Ensuring quality requirements, e.g. by controlling and evaluating voice files, as well as maintenance of voice recording guides telephone reworking of incorrectly generated orders Statistical evaluation of success figures Maintenance and updating of customer data Communication with client General administrative activities such as the creation and dispatch of customer letters

Schooling with completion First experience in back office and telecommunications Self-employed, process-optimized work, affinity for material processing Good written and oral expressiveness Safe handling of MS Office, especially good Excel skills High quality awareness You have a pleasant telephone voice and very good German knowledge in word and writing
