The Vivantes Forum for Senioren GmbH operates 18 capital care homes with a total of 2,337 fully-steady care areas. The capital care house John F. Kennedy is centrally located in Wittenau and offers 111 nursing places in the general area as well as 69 places in a specialized gerontopsychiatric unit. In bright, quiet spaces the individual needs of our residents are at the heart of our daily activities.

Further development, introduction and review of the internal quality management system Analysis and evaluation of care and care processes as well as planning and implementation of quality assurance measures Support in the introduction, accompaniment and evaluation of current nursing standards/directives and updating of nursing and quality-specific theories and basics Implementation of care visas and verification of the inhabitant documentation and moderation of internal quality circles, working groups, training and in-house training Close cooperation with the care service management and participation in cross-device quality measures

Completed training as health care and nursing caregiverin, elderly caregiverin or health caregiver*in, ideally with additional quality assurance Good knowledge of the legal basis (SGB XI) and the requirements for quality testing Practical experience in quality management and safety in the implementation of the care process Organizational strength, communication and moderation capability and safe handling of MS Word and Excel Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
