Advice from interested parties & customers Advice from interested parties and customers around CRM solutions based on CAS Software Recording and analysis of requirements and business processes Implementation of initial discussions, workshops and needs analyses Development of pragmatic solutions together with customers Pre-sales & sales support Support our sales in CRM projects Preparation and implementation of product presentations and demos Creation of solutions and offers in cooperation with sales and consulting Assessment of requirements and feasibility Consulting & Customer Care Accompanying CRM introduction projects Consulting for process optimization in sales, service and customer management Support of existing customers and further development of the solutions used Coordination between customer, consulting and technology introduce solutions to our customers and carry out training Conduct support in test and real operation

Subject Commercial training, economic background or comparable qualification At least three years of professional experience in the extended environment of consulting, customer support and software introduction Experience in CRM and introduction Understanding commercial processes and customer management Experience in advising medium-sized companies Personal Joy of customer contact and advice Structured and solution-oriented operation Safe appearance and good communication skills Ability to understand requirements and translate them into solutions Independent work and team skills A good feeling for customer needs I would have been Knowledge of other business systems – such as DMS and ERP Experience in implementing the software environment Understanding process digitalization Experience in workshops or presentations
