Your tasks – technically demanding, with design space You are responsible for the client management of our Windows-11 and macOS workstations as well as virtual work environments (e.g. AVD/Citrix). You develop and operate software distribution, patch and update processes with Intune and PSADT. Automation is not a buzzword for you: You develop, care and optimize PowerShell scripts to make processes more efficient, more stable and scalable. You work with a modern Microsoft-365 environment, including Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Defender. As a 3rd level contact partner:in analysing complex client and endpoint topics and developing sustainable solutions. You work closely with other IT teams and departments, plans the software lifecycle and documents your solutions structured in Jira, Confluence and our IT knowledge database.

You bring this with – experience, curiosity and quality Multiannual experience in client and endpoint management (Windows 11, ideally also macOS and virtual clients) Very good PowerShell knowledge and pleasure in automation Intune, Active Directory / GPOs and Microsoft 365 Ideally experience in enterprise environment or enterprise mobility management A structured, independent way of working and the need to solve things sustainably Team spirit, communication strength and fun in collaborative cooperation Experience with ticket systems (e.g. Jira) and technical documentation (Confluence)
