Versatile & interesting tasks:

• Analytical processing of complaints from customers, suppliers and internally
• Collection and maintenance of complaint data
• Quality monitoring in receipt of goods, pre-production and final collection
• Introduction and monitoring of all corrective measures in case of deviations in production
• Plan and use of proven quality assurance methods such as FMEA, Ishikawa, 4D/8D
• Support for quality planning for new products
• Quality management support

Your profile that convinces:

• Complete vocational training
• At least 2 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a production company
• Safe handling of methods (FMEA, ...)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, preferably Microsoft BC
• Very good German and good English skills
• Communication strength, safe occurrence and team capability
• High level of organization management and reliable operation
