Close cooperation with experienced attendance and disciplinary managers as well as support in advising executives

Participation in implementing operational integration management

Support in the organisation, preparation and support of individual measures, e.g. selection and disciplinary discussions

Cooperation in the planning and coordination of rounds of talks with internal and external speakers

Creation, evaluation and preparation of statistics and overviews

Support for thematic management and operational day-to-day business

Pre- and post-processing of conversations and appointments in the personal economic context

Studies in the field of economics, social sciences or comparable studies, ideally focusing on human resources management

You are looking for a combination internship as part of your studies

German language skills

Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Communication strength, organisational skills and joy at work in the team

Own initiative, reliability and a structured way of working

driving licence class B
