Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in parttime (25 hours/week)

Your duties include the professional and sales training of our agency owners: both inside and their employees for the pensioners. The concept, preparation, implementation and follow-up of training measures are also included in your area of work. This includes, inter alia, presence trainings, practical guidance and webinars. In addition, you are responsible for the development of learning programs as part of self-guided learning.

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a comparable training, ideally supplemented by training as an insurance specialist:in and a trainer:internal qualification. Ideally, you can demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the pension savings. In addition, you have already gained experience in the field of sales and/or training. You think conceptually, trade structured and convince with your sales talent, your organizational strength and your creativity in designing learning formats. In addition, you have a high self-motivation and willingness to nationwide service trips.
