For our mobile support (MOB), we are now looking for a dedicated pedagogical specialist (m/w/d) in full time (1 VZÄ), initially for a year, with place of use in Coesfeld/Dülmen/Appel Sleeves. You work flexibly and solution-oriented and use empathy for young people.

Support for young people on their way to self-recognization by accompaniment in everyday life. Promoting self-employment in the areas of budgetary management, school or training integration and social networking. Support in the development of personal perspectives and individual future strategies. Work with adolescents with special support needs, e.g. mental stress or migration background. Close cooperation with social services, schools and employers on the sustainable integration of young people.

State. recognised educators*in, studies of social work, social education or comparable, or A+ forces qualification. Class B driving licence and willingness to use the private car for service trips. Sensitivity, patience and joy in working with young people in challenging situations. Independent work, flexibility and ability to adapt to different situations of life. Willingness to work and flexible working hours (also occasionally evening or weekend).
