Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

Advising the specialist departments on occupational safety, accident prevention and health protection and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements Design and further development of the occupational health and safety strategy, derivation and implementation of concrete measures to improve safety standards Active participation in risk assessments, safety concepts and project plans as well as preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits Developing processes, process instructions and instruction and training documents and carrying out training on behaviour and attitude culture Training of operators of lifting platforms, cranes and industrial trucks and responsibility for the gas monitoring of ships and submarines

Completed training as master:in, technician:in or comparable qualification (engineer, graduate, master, bachelor) ideally with electrotechnical focus Detectional further training on occupational safety (DGUV V2) and desirable training for safety and health coordinator (RAB30) or Ready for appropriate training Qualification or Ready to train operators: inside for lifting platforms, cranes and industrial trucks Safe handling of Microsoft Office, experience with work protection management software of advantage as well as good English knowledge in word and writing Embossed organizational and communicative skills, independent and self-initiative working methods, technical understanding as well as team and collaborative ability, combined with mobility for temporary deployments at other TKMS locations
