Senior Caregiver (m/w/d-75-100%) Wichernstraße 3 Experience everyday practice as individual as never before with a unique concept that focuses 100% on individual people without rigid group regulations in a value-adding environment where everyone can be as he is. In Mühltal we offer 17 adult, largely independent residents with impairment and special challenges (e.g. binding disorders and trauma) individual care in the outpatient setting - distributed over three houses in common housing for all ages. Our goal is to create an environment that promotes security, development and participation - for residents as well as for the team. How your day looks like • With empathy, humour and openness for special behavior, you shape a reliable daily routine and accompany the residents individually in the social space • As a reference manager*in, you help build a personal aid network, help and support plans and implement individual participation planning • With a lot of space for further development of educational concepts, you build sustainable relationships on • In addition to the focus of the educational work, you take over the basic care and care of the residents • For the best possible support, you work closely with relatives, legal advisors, the team and with collaborative colleagues, e.g. specialist advice or specialist care, who support you in your work
