Specialist Coordinator IT & Digitization (m/f/d)

Strategic thinking, shaping digitalization: You analyze existing IT systems and business processes, develop future-oriented IT and digitization concepts and plan the introduction of new specialist procedures in coordination with the team management – from the first idea to productive use. Coordination with overview: In order to support your team leader, you take on the technical coordination of IT and digitization projects, control internal and external stakeholders, and participate in the creation of load and duty booklets as well as economic considerations. Technical operation with responsibility: You enter and manage our IT infrastructure (including Microsoft environments, servers and network technology, specialist applications) and secure a stable, reliable IT operation. Improving processes, evaluating innovations: You identify optimization potentials, evaluate new technologies (e.g. AI-based applications, open source solutions) and accompany their introduction. Support & Knowledge Transfer: You support colleagues in Second Level Support, document systems and processes and carry out training on IT and digital topics.

You have a degree in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification. You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT and digitalization. You have very good knowledge of modern IT system landscapes, IT infrastructures as well as project and process management and work safely in complex issues. Conceptual thinking, independent work and a structured working style are just as important as your ability to understand technical content. Knowledge of IT security and data protection as well as experience in dealing with external service providers are ideally brought along.
