Your tasks:

• Support in planning, installation and configuration of networks and IP telephony solutions, both locally and remotely with customers
• Analysis and troubleshooting
• Creation of documentation and user training

Your profile:

• Experience and qualifications in the field of network technology and VoIP
• Finding knowledge in Microsoft® server products
• Remarkable knowledge of Swyx IP telephony and Lancom WLAN
• Professional experience and/or certifications are advantageous
• Terms like TCP/IP, router, switch, firewall, USV and data backup are familiar to you
• Very good German knowledge and good English skills
• Communication strength, both personally and on the phone
• Class B licence
