In this position, you act as a coordinating entity. They keep the threads in hand between specialist planners, after-contractors and external construction management - with the aim of implementing large maintenance, modernization and new construction projects in a time-, quality- and cost-effective manner. Complete study in civil engineering or comparable qualification First professional experience in construction management or project management desirable Knowledge in the housing industry is not a prerequisite, but of advantage Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation Sovereign Communication – Internal and External Secure handling of MS Office and digital tools
