♪ Your tasks

• You take over the professional leadership of a working group consisting of 2-4 employees
• You conduct various construction sites in the field of design and maintenance independently
• You advise and attend customers locally
• You take over the coordination of the construction site planning and the appointment of the construction manager
• You support the construction site publication, e.g. scales, performance reports, building journal, hour list

♪ Your qualification

• You have a degree as a painter and painter (m/w/d) and/or have several years of professional experience
• You are customer and service oriented
• You bring communication strength, organisational skills and self-responsibility
• You have experience in managing your own team
