Clerical / Accounting (m/w/d)

You make sure our accounting and payment transactions work. You do this in a strong team – together with our order processing, our supply chain management and our external tax consultant. For this, you are looking for a job as part time as possible, with the perspective in a few years – if desired – to change to full time. Your duties include: Compensation of accounting and payment transactions Processing and Configuration of Accounts Preparing and performing payment procedures Account balances Maher Participation in the timely creation of monthly and annual accounts Communication with our tax advisor Create statistical messages Support for audits master data

You have completed a commercial training You have experience in accounting, but you also know yourself in other areas You work independently, structured and think with You have a good feeling for numbers and tax procedures You speak and write in German and English You can safely handle ERP systems and Office 365. You like to develop smart and paperless processes for our accounting
