Responsibility for the proper and timely execution of securities transactions focusing on corporate action & event services Control, monitoring and quality assurance of all processes relating to capital measures, depot transfers, general meetings, effective holdings and income and maturity events Technical support for issues related to the taxation of capital income and the recovery and pre-emption of foreign source taxes Responsible communication and coordination with market participants, brokers, clearing centres and business partners Central contact person for internal departments, customers and external securities service providers for operational and professional issues Operational control of external service providers to ensure high service quality and regulatory compliance Cooperation in cross-departmental projects and identification of risks, vulnerabilities and automation potentials for the further development of processes and systems

Your qualifications – Our requirements

Successfully completed economic studies First practical experience in securities processing, ideally focusing on corporate action or securities operations Embossed process understanding as well as the ability to quickly capture and structure complex facts German and good English knowledge in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working methods and high quality standards High service and customer orientation as well as pronounced own initiative Teamability and interest in digitization and process optimization
