Senior Coordinator – Revenue Operations (m/f/d)

As Senior Coordinator – Revenue Operations (m/w/d) you are part of our dynamic international finance team. In this exciting role, you are responsible for all accounting and sales processes of the firm and support the financial goals of our four German locations. Developing and implementing innovative solutions to optimize accounting processes from A to Z. The position is to be occupied in our Frankfurt office and follows a hybrid working model, with predominant activity on site. Your other tasks include: Management and support of partners: women, lawyers and assistance to all accounting and sales-relevant processes and questions including active receivable management. Communication with clients to ensure that their billing processes are met Active cooperation in cross-departmental projects, ongoing updating of work processes and close cooperation with global Revenue teams on local logistical and technical support Close cooperation with the local member of the Financial Committee, preparation, participation and follow-up of actions from regular Revenue Meetings Working with the eBilling team to ensure corrective action for future submissions Create and review proformas in Elite 3E (existing or new bookings) as well as create project analyses and reports in the 3E system

Your profile: Very good professional and interpersonal communication skills that allow you to interact effectively with people at all levels of organization The ability to work in a team environment and move forward with a good example, focusing on excellent customer service Proactive work, very good time management, clear priorities High detail accuracy and pronounced analytical skills Multiannual relevant professional experience in billing and collections, sales tax, ideally in a law firm or in a comparable industry Secure MS Office/Excel knowledge Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Completed commercial training
