The task area

• Work in a highly specialized team responsible for the design, implementation and support of local and cloud security platforms for multinational customers

• Cooperation with customers in coordinating the security management strategy with corporate goals, design, deployment and integration of cloud security solutions for critical applications and infrastructures

• Management of technical discussions and provision of guidance to enforce cloud security controls

• provision of technologies such as:

• Microsoft Defender for Cloud & Defender for Cloud Apps,

• Multi-factor authentication and conditional access

• Azure AD application proxy

• Defender for Identity

• Windows Hello for business

• Azure AD PIM

• To solve support/maintenance problems - only those with high priority (3rd level) - work side by side with the customer and the Microsoft Premier Support

• Creation and maintenance of system documentation for domain technologies, including installation, configuration and design documents

• Improving existing processes through solutions for recurring problems, automating repeating tasks and improving existing solutions or documentation

• translate customer needs into specific requirements,

• Secure selection of the right solution based on customer requirements

• Defining the scope of the project on the basis of the business requirements and the achievable benefits

• Provides a work description, sets prices for the order and creates other supporting project documents

• Management of meetings before sales and technical/architectonic meetings with customers

Knowledge and skills

Technical skills:

• Long-standing experience in similar/related roles such as consultants, architect, implementation engineer, Premier Field Engineer in a Microsoft environment, preferably in a large international company
• deeper knowledge in Defender for Cloud & Defender for Cloud Apps,
• Deeper knowledge of management processes for cloud infrastructures (access management, resource management, compliance, RBAC)
• Very good understanding of key principles, processes and technology solutions for Cloud Security Posture Management and Workload Protection
• Knowledge and familiarity with PowerShell
• Communication skills in English - Work in an international environment
• Experience with modern data center technologies in the cloud environment (server and storage virtualization, containers, container orchestras, serverless computing, databases) is advantageous
