Requirement Engineer OmniChannel Services (m/w/d)

The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions. You are responsible for the agile further development of our central services. In a cross-functional team, you will see the interface between business and IT. You take up requirements of the specialist areas and let them be implemented through direct cooperation with the development. You carry out professional functional tests, first set up documentation and thus ensure a high quality of the solution. You are planning and structuring international projects and continuously develop through the steady increase of responsibility. You bring creative ideas and contribute to the realization of innovative solutions.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or comparable training. You want to gain professional experience and quickly take responsibility. You are characterized by high motivation, a structured and organized way of working and you are happy to work on new topics. You like to work in the team, are communicative, resilient and show commitment. Experience in the analysis and production of technical and technical requirements, e.g. based on User Stories.
