Intern/Working Student Labour Law – HR (m/f/d)

Research on labour law issues as a well-founded basis of decision and in-depth legal analysis of relevant topics (in particular co-determination, company constitutional law) to support strategic derivatives Preparation of practical, implementable recommendations for HR and specialist areas Translation of legal analysis results in understandable and practical HR regulations Systematic analysis of existing operating arrangements with regard to legal risks and inconsistencies Structured collection and evaluation of our BV landscape with regard to content, topicality and scope Creation of transparency on existing regulations and their status Identification and prioritisation of risks and regulatory gaps deriving a strategic approach to updating and harmonising the operating arrangements Development of first approaches to prioritization, standardisation and targeted further development of BV landscape Support in coordination with internal stakeholders Preparation and monitoring of coordination with HR, departments and, where appropriate, the works council

You are in advanced studies, for example in BWL, HR, (economic)psychology, law or a comparable degree course, and you are interested in employment issues in the HR context You are interested in understanding legal issues in the HR context and translate them into practice You not only think theoretically, you have a good sense of economic and entrepreneurial relationships You work structured, independent and enjoy working quickly on new topics You have very good German and English skills, ideally with practical experience in international
