Own responsible handling and control of all purchases for our construction projects Purchasing materials, capital goods and services for construction Analysis and evaluation of offers Development and further development of procurement strategies together with the relevant specialist department Tendering, negotiation and conclusion of legally secure contracts with suppliers and service companies, including internal legal advisers Optimization of procurement processes Implementation and documentation of a procurement procedure in accordance with legal requirements Compilation and structuring of the award documents and professional handling of bidders. You are a competent external and internal contact person on all procurement and procurement matters.

A university degree in the field of a professional course of study, a commercial study or equivalent training with relevant professional experience Ideally knowledge of public procurement law and contract law as well as experience with contracting authorities Ideally, professional experience in dealing with design and planning-related tenders, in particular in the field of contracting authorities, and in relation to public procurement law SAP and MS Office skills Very good German skills in word and writing, English skills are of advantage.
