Planning, coordination and acceptance of infrastructural measures and services (e.g. house master services, building cleaning, maintenance of outdoor facilities/green areas, factory safety, catering) Development and evaluation of quality standards for internal and external services and drafting of adjustment proposals for deviations monitoring and optimisation of infrastructure services; Introduction of measures for target-actual deviations Conduct evidence and compilation of statistics on services, including analysis and identification of potential improvement Ensuring warranty and warranty claims Complaint management and deficiencies management and organisation and control of corrective actions Document maintenance and updating (e.g. in the CAFM system) and layout adjustments in CAD Planning and coordination of reconstruction and relocation measures Creation of tenders and tender analyses for infrastructure services Project management for infrastructure projects (including demand determination, interface coordination, monitoring, cost control and evaluation) Support for budget planning and accounting and budget control for responsible services Detection of optimization potentials and derivation of measures for continuous improvement of infrastructure services Implementation of cost analyses such as life cycle cost calculations and return-on investment (ROI) Adjustment and optimization of the CAFM system in terms of business processes (e.g. identity management, area management, KPI determination, inventory management, key management)

Complete vocational training in the commercial sector with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience High readiness and communication strength Designed organisational skills and a systematic, conceptual and target-oriented approach Service and customer orientation, coupled with a high team capability Funded IT skills, especially in the handling of CAFM software and CAD programs Language knowledge: Very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing You do not meet all the requirements described or come from a non-air travel industry?
