Junior Commercial Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated Junior Commercial Manager (m/w/d) to strengthen our team in Alzenau. In this position you will accompany our customer projects from a commercial and contractual perspective. You work closely with various specialist departments as well as national and international business partners and gradually assume independent responsibility.

You take over the commercial design, testing and optimisation of contracts (including works, supply, development, purchasing and service contracts) and secrecy agreements. You conduct independent contractual negotiations with customers and business partners at national and international level. You check customer projects before and during the processing from a commercial perspective. This includes, in particular, the assessment of payment terms, delivery terms and payment security. You ensure compliance with global internal guidelines at the site and coordinate their operational implementation, in particular in the areas of data protection and compliance. You advise internal specialist departments on business and contractual matters.

You have completed their studies in business management, economic law or a comparable field of expertise. You have first experience in the examination of commercial and legal documents – for example through internships, a student work or your previous professional entry. You are interested in commercial and contractual relations in a technically shaped, international project environment. You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. You are characterized by an independent, structured and careful operation. You bring about enforcement, sense of responsibility and a high level of commitment.
