Technical direction and further development: You are motivated to complement our interdisciplinary management team and take over the technical coordination and further development of our healing-pedagogical-therapeutic service as well as the assessment area Responsibility: In parts, you take over the supervision of our housing groups and support conceptual and reception and care processes Technical advice and case control: You advise the past specialist teams in challenging case constellations and develop stabilising and promoting measures for our clientele Diagnostic and therapeutic activity: You work diagnostically and therapeutically in individual and group constellations and perform clearing processes Quality management and documentation: You are responsible for quality assurance and documentation Interdisciplinary cooperation and help planning: You cooperate with internal and external partners and accompany help planning talks and conferences Management-based readiness: You take on call readiness in the task of the management team
