For our locations in Frankfurt am Main and Kassel, we are looking for experienced project managers with a technical background and experience in the implementation and/or Control of new and refurbishment projects. Project management and coordination of complex, demanding construction projects Participation in the implementation of public procurement procedures by VgV Professional leadership and quality assurance of one or more internal project teams Technical, economic and organizational construction consulting Supporting all areas of action and project stages of project management Contract and risk management

Successfully completed engineering studies (fields of architecture or civil engineering or comparable) Mind. 5 years of professional experience, preferably in project management and control Management / Coordination of projects in construction and construction Real estate environment (e.g. as civil engineerin, architectin, project engineerin, project managerin, project managerin, construction managerin or comparable) Willingness to take over responsibility and professional leadership in demanding customer projects and take over company-internal tasks Very good computer skills (MS Office, MS Project) Safe in handling building law, HOAI and VOB Embossed analytical and strategic thinking as well as communication strength and team spirit, resilience and flexibility as well as enforcement
